What M. Flow offers

Do you want to move freely and with less pain, while maintaining your mobility for as long as possible?

 

M. Flow Pilates offers one-to-one online classes to make your practice easy and hassle-free. This allows flexibility with fitting a regular exercise routine into your daily and weekly schedule. We all know that life can get hectic!

 

M. Flow Pilates helps you stay accountable and motivated through e-mail support and regular check-ins to see how you're getting on. 

My goal is to provide you with tools to improve your mobility, flexibility, strength, and mind-body connection, so that you can focus on the things that are important to you. M. Flow Pilates is committed to providing a supportive environment and a calming presence, focusing on one movement at a time.

Pop-up group classes

Mat pilates classes for small groups in Sheffield, UK. All you need is your exercise mat and a water bottle! The mixed-level group classes are suitable for beginner to intermediate level. Get in touch at the bottom of this page to enquire about the classes.

One-to-one online classes

Online one-to-one classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced.

Check-in and accountability

I want to help you achieve your goals and encourage self-practice, so you can make the most of Pilates and see results quicker. When starting your practice, we will discuss your goals as well as suitable times for check- ins.

There will be questions around any new endeavour, so I will be happy to assist you in any way I can.
